1. Use of the App

By using the TomeBay testing app at tomebay.com ("the App"), you agree to these terms. TomeBay is operated by Aaron Adeoye, the owner and developer. The website at tomebay.store is an informational landing page for the App.

You must be at least 13 years old, or meet the minimum age required where you live, to use the App. You are responsible for account security and must not use the App for illegal activity. The App is in testing; features, test orders, and simulated payment activity may be limited, changed, or unavailable.

2. Account and Data

You may sign in using your Google account. We collect basic profile data and store your address if you provide it. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

3. Payments

Paystack is configured in test mode. The App does not accept real payments, create real purchases, or issue real refunds during testing. Any test payment authorization, test order, or simulated refund has no real commercial effect. Use only test details supplied by Paystack and never enter real card or bank information. Paystack's applicable terms also apply to its test environment.

4. Refunds and Returns

Test orders may be cancelled or reset where those options are available. Because the App does not accept real payments or deliver products during testing, no real refund or return is created by a test order. Any simulated refund behavior is for testing only.

5. Modifications and Updates

We may update, suspend, or change the App at any time during testing. These Terms may also be updated; the current version will be posted on this website.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided during testing and may contain errors, interruptions, or incomplete features. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Any limitation of liability must be interpreted subject to applicable law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or when testing ends. You may delete your account from the profile page by selecting and confirming the delete action where that feature is available. Name, search history, and other non-order data are deleted where reasonably possible; test-order records may remain in Firebase for testing, support, security, legal obligations, and recovery from accidental deletion.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraudulent transactions or misrepresentation
• Unlawful activities or transactions
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users or TomeBay staff
• Attempts to compromise the security or functionality of the Service
• Unauthorized access to TomeBay systems or other users' accounts
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Any other activity that violates applicable laws or these Terms of Service

9. Intellectual Property

TomeBay and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to:

• TomeBay's name, logo, and trademarks
• The TomeBay website and mobile application
• All software, code, and technology powering TomeBay
• Original content, graphics, and materials provided by TomeBay
